This food truck is AMAZING! The dishes creative and full of flavor and the portions and prices are great. Plus the truck looks super cool- I wish I had had my camera, but I guess the iphone shots will have to do. I tried the Dirty Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was really good, but I have to admit that what completely blew me away about my Dim Ssam lunch experience was the Short Rib “Chukk’d” Cheese Tots. I want more NOW!!! I’m salivating as I write this….mmmmmm…. Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before??? Tatter tots, cheese, hot sauce and short ribs- a combination made in Heaven. I wish I had taken pictures of the food (total fail) but once I dug into these tots I couldn’t stop to think about anything else.

The tacos are the perfect size for a deelish afternoon snack. I had the Taco Playero with chicken, avocado, pico de galo, crema and salsa verde- IT WAS DEELISH! Try one of the Mexi Sodas like the Lemon Lime to get the most refreshing treat for those hot Miami days.
